Selmet Workers Deserve a Voice

What a Union Means

“What Would Having a Union Mean?”

Having a union means having a voice and knowing that voice matters. It means standing together for fair wages, reasonable workloads, respect, and a safer, stronger workplace. Instead of facing workplace concerns alone, you have your coworkers standing beside you and the power to negotiate together. A union means having a stronger voice in your future.
