Forms and Flyers

The IAM District W24 Mentorship Initiative is designed to provide selected members with the opportunity to expand their knowledge about our Union, to gain firsthand experience, and a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and duties of the District’s full-time staff. Participants will further their Union education through W3 Leadership classes and/or structured mentorship experiences. This initiative is intended to expand the pool of qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced candidates when future staff vacancies arise and further the Union education of our membership.
